NYC LOFT LAW

 The DUMBO Neighborhood Alliance (DNA) serves as DUMBO’s foremost advocate for historic preservation and enforcement of the NYC Loft Laws. Our mission is to ensure the maintenance and preservation of our historic waterfront neighborhood, including all of its structures, and public spaces.  We work as an advocate for thoughtful urban planning and help to promote and ensure safety on our streets.  Additionally, DNA engages the DUMBO and neighboring communities on all issues affecting our neighborhood including renovations, new development, schools, transportation, our public parks, and all quality of life issues. Founded in 1997, DNA, is a volunteer, 501c3 organization.
